I’m a certified yoga instructor, wellness advocate, and lifelong student of mind-body healing. Through Eternal Yoga, I share simple, effective, and soulful practices to help you feel better — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

My Journey into Yoga

My path into yoga started during a period of burnout. I was juggling too much, constantly anxious, and disconnected from myself. Yoga didn’t just help me stretch — it helped me heal.

That journey transformed my life. And now, I want to help transform yours.
